They nearly had a fourth victim, according to court documents recently obtained by reporters: a resident of Palmer, Alaska.

CNN reports that two days after the two teenagers killed the Chynna Deese and Lucas Fowler, and two days before the third victim, Leonard Dyck was found, Ken Albertsen of Palmer was napping in his vehicle on the Alaska Highway.

That's when a pickup truck rolled up from behind and came to a stop.

One occupant came out of the truck holding a rifle. He was crouched down as he approached in what Albersten called a "stalking" position.

Albertsen said he leaped into the driver's seat in his underwear and started the truck and drove away.
